However, 15 in-depth customer interviews reveal Control Tower is strongest as a governance workflow tool handling inventory, approvals, and audit trails. It does not yet broadly deliver runtime enforcement or full AI lifecycle validation across heterogeneous enterprise environments. Buyers should be cautious of claims that it is a universally end-to-end platform across all three technical governance jobs.
