SpaceX Lands $30B Google AI Computing Deal
SpaceX has signed a cloud computing agreement with Google worth $920 million per month, covering access to roughly 110,000 Nvidia GPUs to power Google's Gemini AI models. Payments begin in full from October 2026, with the contract running through June 2029, totaling approximately $30 billion.
The deal arrives days before SpaceX's June 12 IPO, which aims to raise $75 billion and values the company at $1.8 trillion. It mirrors a similar $1.25 billion monthly agreement with Anthropic, both leveraging SpaceX's Colossus data centers originally built for Elon Musk's xAI venture.
