Okta Opens AI Agent Security to Any Identity Provider

Okta has expanded its AI Agents platform to support any agent ecosystem, enterprise resource, and identity provider, including a new Amazon Bedrock integration. The platform lets organizations discover, onboard, protect, and govern AI agents with features like shadow agent discovery, a kill switch for misbehaving agents, and full audit logging. Okta is also opening the platform to customers using rival identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID and Ping Identity, allowing them to layer Okta specifically for agent identity management without replacing existing infrastructure. Additional integrations with Salesforce Agentforce, ServiceNow, Google Vertex AI, and others are coming soon.
