AWS and Salesforce Unite to Automate Public Sector Evidence

Public sector agencies can now transform unstructured evidence like body camera footage, surveillance video, and scanned documents into actionable insights by combining Amazon Bedrock Data Automation with the Model Context Protocol and Salesforce Agentforce. Files stored in Amazon S3 trigger an event-driven pipeline that extracts structured data, which agents can then query in plain language without leaving the Salesforce console. The modular architecture uses AWS Lambda, Amazon DynamoDB, EventBridge, and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Gateway to authenticate and route requests between Salesforce and AWS. Agencies can customize processing logic, metadata storage, and agent frontends independently, making the pattern adaptable beyond evidence management to broader public sector use cases.
