The move mirrors similar efforts from OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft, and Amazon, all betting that AI implementation services could become a trillion-dollar business. The push comes as AI companies struggle to justify massive infrastructure investments, with Google's parent Alphabet carrying $811 billion in purchase commitments. Google currently holds just 6% of enterprise AI spending among Ramp customers, far behind Anthropic and OpenAI, making enterprise deployment a critical battleground.
