Dubai Holding Embeds AI With Microsoft Across Operations

Dubai Holding has partnered with Microsoft to integrate artificial intelligence across its core operations, marking the first enterprise-scale AI deployment of its kind in the Middle East and Africa region. The collaboration spans real estate, hospitality, retail, entertainment, investments and community management. Employees will access AI tools through a unified interface, with AI agents deployed to automate tasks and streamline workflows. The initiative supports the UAE National AI Strategy 2031 and Dubai AI Roadmap, and complements Dubai Holding's existing AI joint venture, Aither, with Palantir Technologies.
