Cresta, a customer experience AI platform serving United Airlines, CVS Health, and Marriott, has built Conductor, a natural language agent builder powered by the Claude Agent SDK. Conductor helps teams turn complex business context into production-ready agents by guiding work from blueprint through implementation, evaluation, and optimization. Originally an internal tool, it was expanded into a customer-facing product. Cresta reports Conductor cut initial deployment time roughly in half in early use cases. The system also functions as a meta-agent, capturing proven patterns and workflows into reusable artifacts that teams can share to accelerate future builds.
