Anthropic Partners TCS to Boost Enterprise AI Reach

Anthropic has partnered with Tata Consultancy Services to accelerate enterprise adoption of its AI models. TCS will create a dedicated business unit for deploying Anthropic's Claude, gain early model access, and roll out Claude to over 50,000 employees. Target sectors include financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, and aviation. The deal extends to TCS platforms like Diligenta, its UK life and pensions business, and digital learning platform TCS iON. The partnership follows similar tie-ups between frontier AI firms and Indian IT giants, even as TCS and Infosys shares have fallen roughly 34% and 31% this year amid AI-driven uncertainty over the sector's future.
