ServiceNow Launches Unified AI Governance Control Tower

ServiceNow unveiled a major expansion of its AI platform, centering on its AI Control Tower, a governance hub for monitoring, managing and securing AI models and agentic workflows. The updates address enterprise concerns that AI deployments are proliferating faster than organizations can govern them. New features include deeper runtime observability, an AI Gateway for third-party system controls, and Autonomous Security and Risk capabilities built on recent acquisitions Veza and Armis. The company also expanded its Autonomous Workforce with AI specialists covering IT, customer service and risk management. Rolls-Royce reported 5,000 hours of IT efficiency savings using ServiceNow's AI tools.
