The system uses a layered architecture with separate entry, routing, answer, and specialist agent layers, allowing new capabilities to be added without disrupting the user experience. Since general availability in February 2026, Qlik's Discovery Agent has surfaced over 100,000 findings for customers. Deployments include Lintech International cutting research time by 75 percent and TouchPoint Support Services delivering compliance-aligned guidance to 15,000 healthcare staff.
