Salesforce Unveils Two New Enterprise AI Agent Tools

Salesforce previewed two new offerings to help customers build and manage AI agents. The Enterprise AI Harness is a collection of technologies covering data management, quality controls, security, and intelligent model routing to improve agent reliability. Most features are already available, with the rest rolling out in early fiscal 2028. The second offering, AI Control Plane, gives administrators a central hub to monitor agent performance, track inference costs, and enforce cybersecurity policies. Together, the tools aim to help enterprises deploy AI agents more securely and efficiently across their operations.
