Pipedrive's Nova AI handles CRM admin for salespeople

Pipedrive has launched Nova, an AI assistant designed to reduce administrative burden for salespeople by briefing them before calls, recording meetings and automatically suggesting CRM updates. The tool draws on deal history, emails and past conversations to prepare reps, then generates transcripts and follow-up highlights afterward. Salespeople retain full control, reviewing and approving any changes before they are saved. A Pipedrive report found 71% of professionals spend at least 10 minutes preparing for each call, and 47% said follow-ups took up to a day. Nova is available as a desktop app and integrates with Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
