Pathos AI Raises $237M at $3B Valuation
Pathos AI has closed a $237 million Series E round at a $3 billion valuation, led by Bristol Myers Squibb with participation from returning investors. The cancer-focused drug development company uses an AI platform called Foundry, which draws on roughly 200 petabytes of oncological data to identify promising drug candidates and suitable patients. Funds will support its lead JSKN016 antibody-drug conjugate program and three other initiatives, including an AstraZeneca collaboration. A broader Bristol Myers Squibb partnership also involves Tempus AI, from which Pathos will license anonymized neurological patient data for $55 million over five years.
