Nirva Raises $33M for AI Jewelry Pendant
Nirva, founded in 2025 by two former Meta Reality Labs employees and a fashion entrepreneur, has raised $33 million total to build a jewelry-like AI pendant. The device weighs eight grams, lasts three days on a charge, and passively listens only to the wearer by filtering out surrounding voices. It does not retain audio or transcripts after processing. A companion app surfaces insights about the user's emotions, communication style, and daily patterns. The $249 pendant launches for orders in November, shipping by year-end, in four finishes.
