Omen AI Raises $31M for Coolant Monitoring
Omen AI has raised $31 million in Series A funding to address a hidden threat to AI data centers: bacterial and particle contamination in liquid cooling systems. As chips run hotter, coolant becomes more prone to contamination, forcing costly five-to-six-hour system flushes that can cost operators millions.
Founded by 21-year-old Zach Laberge, Omen AI offers continuous real-time coolant monitoring, tracking over 21 elemental signatures to detect problems before they require downtime. The company counts about a dozen data center operators as customers, including AMD-focused neocloud TensorWave.
