Twin1 AI Raises $20M for Worker Digital Twins
Twin1 AI launched with $20 million in seed funding to build AI-powered digital twins that replicate individual professionals' expertise, judgment and working context across their organizations. The San Mateo startup was founded by three former Eigen Technologies executives and operates teams in California and London.
Each twin learns from a user's emails, meetings and documents, then operates inside tools like Slack, Teams and Gmail with layered permission controls. Early customers in legal, finance and energy — including Linklaters and Orrick — report twins handling 30 to 50 percent of their knowledge workers' communications load. Bessemer Venture Partners co-led the round.
