Cymphony Raises $30M to Secure AI Agent Access
Enterprise security startup Cymphony has launched with $30 million in funding and a valuation exceeding $100 million. Its platform maps identities, permissions, sensitive data, and activity across company systems to show which employees, AI agents, and machine accounts accessed what, with no endpoint installation required. The software covers AI tool usage, exposed business data, identity hygiene, and insider threat detection, with a conversational assistant called Maestro handling investigations. Early customers include KKR, Syngenta, and Sequoia Capital, which co-led the $25 million Series A alongside SMBC Fin Atlas Beyond Fund.
