CoreWeave Lands Anthropic Deal, Stock Surges 13%

CoreWeave has signed a multi-year agreement with Anthropic to supply computing capacity for its Claude AI models, with infrastructure scaling set to begin this year. The deal follows recent contracts with OpenAI, Nvidia, and Meta, helping CoreWeave reduce its heavy reliance on Microsoft, which once represented 67% of its revenue. Anthropic is also securing parallel infrastructure deals with Broadcom and Google, highlighting the fierce competition for AI computing resources.
