The sale follows dismal quarterly results, with EPS of -$0.40 missing estimates and revenue of $53.3 million falling 46.1% year-over-year, well below the $75.9 million forecast. Analysts have slashed price targets, leaving C3.ai with a consensus "Reduce" rating.
