AWS Expands Amazon Connect Into Four AI Services

Amazon Web Services has relaunched its Amazon Connect platform into four distinct offerings: Amazon Connect Customer AI, Decisions, Talent, and Health. The expansion signals AWS moving beyond infrastructure into the application layer, targeting industry-specific agentic automation. The new services automate complex workflows across logistics, hiring, and healthcare. Connect Decisions uses Amazon's Chronos2 forecasting model for supply chain management, Talent automates volume hiring with AI interviewers, and Health generates real-time clinical notes from doctor-patient conversations.
