Automation Anywhere Buys Boost.ai for Voice AI

Automation Anywhere has agreed to acquire conversational voice AI company Boost.ai from Nordic Capital. The deal extends Automation Anywhere's agentic automation platform into customer-facing voice and chat interactions, targeting what it calls the autonomous enterprise, where businesses operate up to 80% autonomously. Boost.ai brings over 650 deployments, roughly 600 live AI agents, 150 million automated conversations, and support for 36 languages, with strong footing in regulated industries including financial services and insurance across Europe. Customers include Nordea Bank and DNB Bank. The acquisition follows Automation Anywhere's 2025 purchase of Aisera.
