ZeroEyes Adds Knife Detection, Suspect Tracking Features
ZeroEyes is expanding its AI-powered gun detection platform to include knife detection, suspect tracking, and security analytics, transforming it into a comprehensive public safety intelligence system. The platform can now identify blades as small as six inches and track individuals across camera feeds using clothing and movement rather than facial recognition.
The upgrade aims to eliminate fragmented security systems by centralizing threat detection into one platform, delivering actionable alerts within three to five seconds. CEO Mike Lahiff, a former Navy SEAL, says the goal is to become the single trusted security platform for schools, hospitals, stadiums, and enterprise campuses.
