xAI and Telegram Forge $300M AI Partnership - Elon Musk's xAI and Telegram have inked a $300 million deal to integrate xAI's Grok chatbot into Telegram's messaging app. Telegram, boasting over 1 billion users, will incorporate Grok across its platform, enabling features such as general knowledge Q&A and document summarization. The deal includes sharing revenues from Grok subscriptions.
This partnership aligns with Telegram's strategy to raise $1.5 billion in debt financing. Grok operates on large language models developed by xAI, which recently took over Twitter, now rebranded as X.
