Workday Launches Advanced AI Workforce Management Tool - Workday has launched the Agent System of Record to improve AI workforce management, offering better control and efficiency in digital labor governance. This centralized platform helps with onboarding, role definition, security, compliance, and cost management for AI agents from both Workday and third-party providers.
The system introduces role-based AI agents, such as Contracts, Payroll, and Financial Auditing Agents, which can perform multiple tasks autonomously. These agents, along with the system, will soon be accessible, allowing real-time monitoring and deployment via Workday Marketplace to optimize business outcomes.
