Wispr Flow Secures $30M for AI Dictation App - Wispr Flow, an AI-powered dictation app, has raised $30 million in Series A funding led by Menlo Ventures. The app lets users type by silently mouthing words and has quickly gained popularity among Silicon Valley VCs. It boasts a 50% monthly user growth and supports 104 languages. Founder Tanay Kothari seeks to expand accessibility beyond tech-savvy users.
The funding will support team expansion, an Android app release, and enterprise services. Additionally, partnerships with AI hardware firms aim to enhance its AI-assistant capabilities.
