Vinci4D uses physics AI to speed chip design
Vinci4D Inc. applies physics AI to semiconductor engineering, combining a physics foundation model with a GPU-native physics kernel in what it calls Continuous Physics Reasoning. The approach lets engineers access both speed and accuracy in simulation without changing existing workflows. Design files are ingested as-is, and the model is trained on Vinci's own data, with deployment behind the customer's firewall to protect proprietary information. Beyond chips, Vinci is targeting automotive, aerospace, robotics, and humanoid systems. A $250 million Series B will fund expansion into electromagnetics and fluid dynamics.
