Uniserve Names Chairman Gautam Lohia as CEO

Uniserve Communications Corporation has appointed Gautam Lohia, its current Chairman of the Board, as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. The move signals a strategic shift toward founder-led, operator-driven leadership as the company accelerates its transformation into a scaled digital infrastructure and managed services platform. Lohia previously founded Apply Digital, growing it from Vancouver into a global firm with over 700 employees before a private equity sale in 2021. As CEO, he will focus on expanding Uniserve's data centres, enhancing cloud and managed services, and investing in talent.
