Samsung Eyes Integration of Perplexitys AI Tech - Samsung is close to investing in AI startup Perplexity to integrate its technology into Samsung phones. This partnership could lead to Perplexity's app and search features being pre-installed on devices and powering certain Bixby functions. The collaboration might be announced later this year as part of Perplexity's $500 million fundraising at a $14 billion valuation.
Other major tech companies like Apple and Motorola are also considering partnerships with Perplexity to boost their AI capabilities.
