Why Intempus thinks robots should have a human physiological state

May 25, 2025: Robots Gain Human State for Better Interaction - Intempus, founded by 19-year-old Teddy Warner, develops technology to give robots human-like physiological states. By retrofitting existing robots, the company seeks to enhance human-robot interaction and AI model training via kinetic emotional expressions. Inspired by AI lab Midjourney, Warner uses physiological data such as sweat and heart rate to enable more intuitive robot communication.

Since its 2024 launch, Intempus has secured several partnerships and plans to begin human testing shortly. Warner aims to expand his one-man team and may eventually create original emotionally intelligent robots.
