Realbotix Sells Domain Portfolio for $2.245M

Realbotix Corp. has closed the sale of its Tokens.com domain portfolio to Bed Bath & Beyond for US$2.245 million. The assets carried no prior book value, making the deal fully additive to the company's balance sheet. Realbotix received US$1.5 million at closing, with two additional payments of US$372,500 due in August 2026 and January 2027. CEO Andrew Kiguel said the deal strengthens finances as the company scales its humanoid robotics and AI platform.
