OpenAI Launches Workspace Agents for Enterprise Apps

OpenAI has unveiled Workspace Agents, a new enterprise-focused product that lets users create or select AI agents capable of working across popular business tools including Slack, Google Drive, Salesforce, Notion, and Microsoft apps. The feature is available to ChatGPT Business, Enterprise, Edu, and Teachers subscribers. Unlike custom GPTs, these agents can be embedded directly into third-party platforms like Slack, where they can access contextual information, draft communications, pull data, and complete tasks autonomously across multiple connected applications.
