It integrates data from providers like Bloomberg, FactSet, and Pitchbook, and can generate PowerPoint slides, Excel spreadsheets, and dashboards. Access requires an enterprise subscription and direct application to OpenAI. The product arrives over a year after rival Anthropic launched Claude for Financial Analysis. While OpenAI aims to make it the definitive tool for the industry, concerns are emerging that automation could reduce hiring of junior banking staff who traditionally handle research and pitchbook creation.
