OpenAI Launches Autonomous Work Agents for Business Users

OpenAI is rolling out cloud-based workspace agents in ChatGPT for Business, Enterprise, Edu, and Teachers plan subscribers. These agents can perform tasks independently without constant user input. Examples include an agent that scours the web for product feedback and sends Slack reports, and a sales agent that drafts follow-up emails directly in Gmail.
