Crossing Minds was known for its privacy-centric personalization. The co-founders expressed enthusiasm about joining OpenAI's mission to benefit humanity through AI, and co-founder Alexandre Robicquet is now involved in research at OpenAI.
The startup will cease taking new clients, having served companies like Intuit and Chanel. This acquisition is part of OpenAI's strategic efforts to enhance AI-driven recommendations and shopping experiences.
