Netomi has secured $110 million in funding to expand its agentic AI platform for enterprise customer service. The round was led by Accenture Ventures, with Adobe Ventures and others participating. Customers include Delta Air Lines, MetLife, and the NBA. The platform handles customer interactions across chat, email, and voice using deterministic controls combined with flexible AI reasoning. Netomi claims zero guardrail failures across all deployments. CEO Puneet Mehta says the goal is embedding AI directly inside digital products rather than adding chatbots on top.
