Conversation intelligence startup Natter has raised $23 million, led by Renegade Partners, to scale its AI-powered employee interview platform. The funding will expand its engineering, data and product teams as it accelerates growth following a move from London to New York City. Natter replaces traditional surveys and focus groups by interviewing thousands of employees simultaneously via AI video, with clients including Accenture, ServiceNow and Philip Morris. The company reports employees share more candid feedback with AI than in face-to-face settings, with one client gaining more insights from 40 minutes of AI conversations than 500 hours of traditional research interviews.
