Monday.com deploys experts to deliver AI agent ROI
Monday.com co-CEO Eran Zinman says the biggest barrier to AI adoption is not the technology but the organizational change required to generate real returns. To address this, the company ran an internal initiative called Customer Zero, halting normal operations for a week so employees could build AI agents. The effort produced over 3,600 agents, with about 2,000 still running. That experience now drives monday Frontier, a new unit pairing managed services with deployment engineers to help customers launch AI projects within weeks. The company is also rebranding to simply monday, reflecting a workspace shared by people and agents.
