Mistral Unveils Cost-Effective, High-Performance AI Model - Mistral launches Mistral Medium 3, an efficient AI model offering top performance at a competitive price, with costs at $0.40 per million input tokens and $2 per million output tokens. It rivals more expensive models like those from Anthropic and surpasses options like Meta's Llama 4 Maverick. Designed for coding, STEM, and multimodal understanding, it's deployable on various platforms, available via Mistral's API and Amazon Sagemaker, with more platforms to be added.
Mistral also introduced Le Chat Enterprise, a corporate chatbot service, as part of its expanding portfolio. The company plans to release a larger model soon, signaling ongoing efforts to grow and enhance its offerings in AI technology.
