Meta delays business terms after AI scraping concerns

Meta is postponing enforcement of its new business terms until November 20th following pushback from publishers who feared the terms would allow the company to scrape news sites for AI training. Meta spokesperson Daniel Roberts said the delay is intended to give the company more time to explain to partners and stakeholders what is and is not changing under the updated terms.
