Meta Business AI Hits 10M Weekly Conversations

Meta's business AI tools facilitated 10 million conversations per week as of late March, up from 1 million at the start of 2025. The company recently expanded its business AI beta program across the U.S., EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, and while the tools remain free, CEO Mark Zuckerberg hinted at future monetization plans. Meta also reported strong adoption of its generative AI ad tools, with over 8 million advertisers using at least one feature. The company posted $26.8 billion in profit for Q1, with revenue rising 33% year-over-year to $56.3 billion.
