Meta AI on Threads Cannot Be Blocked

Meta is testing a Threads feature allowing users to tag a Meta AI account for answers and conversation context, similar to how users tag xAI's Grok on X. However, users quickly discovered the Meta AI account cannot be blocked, sparking backlash. The inability to opt out of the AI presence on the platform has frustrated many Threads users.
