InsightFinder Raises $15M to Fix AI Agent Failures
InsightFinder AI, a startup built on 15 years of academic research, has raised $15 million in a Series B round led by Yu Galaxy. Founded by North Carolina State University professor Helen Gu, the company uses machine learning to monitor and fix IT infrastructure issues, and now targets AI model reliability across entire tech stacks.
Its newest product, Autonomous Reliability Insights, combines unsupervised machine learning, proprietary language models, and causal inference to detect, diagnose, and prevent failures. Customers include UBS, NBCUniversal, Google Cloud, and Comcast. Revenue has grown threefold in the past year.
