IBM Acquires Seek AI, Launches NYC AI Accelerator - IBM has acquired data analysis startup Seek AI and will integrate its technology into the Watsonx AI Labs in New York City. This accelerator is designed to enhance AI solutions for enterprises and foster future innovations. Seek AI, founded by Sarah Nagy, focuses on natural language data interaction tools and will move its headquarters to IBM's Manhattan offices.
Watsonx AI Labs will partner with local colleges and offer startups access to IBM resources, including potential investments from IBM Ventures. This initiative is part of IBM's strategy to broaden its AI presence.
