HubSpot charges AI fees only on results
HubSpot is overhauling its AI pricing model, shifting its Breeze Customer Agent and Breeze Prospecting Agent to outcome-based billing from April 14. Customers will only pay when tasks are successfully completed, replacing traditional per-seat or per-interaction fees.
The Customer Agent drops from $1 to 50 cents per resolved conversation, while the Prospecting Agent moves to $1 per qualified lead. HubSpot attributes the model's viability to its Smart CRM integration, which gives agents access to customer data and relationship history for more predictable results.
