Haast Raises $12M to Automate AI Content Compliance
Compliance automation startup Haast has raised $12 million in a Series A round led by Peak XV, with participation from DST, Airtree, Aura Ventures and Black Sheep Capital, bringing total funding to over $17 million. The company's agentic AI platform embeds organizational risk frameworks directly into enterprise workflows to speed up content compliance review.
Haast targets a critical bottleneck: legal teams still spend 70% of their time on manual content review, even as AI has increased content volumes tenfold. Its platform automates compliance pipelines for marketing, ads and product documentation across multiple jurisdictions. Revenue has grown 4.5 times over the past year, and the company reports zero customer churn.
