Google Photos AI Builds Your Digital Closet

Google Photos is launching an AI-powered feature that transforms your existing photo library into a virtual wardrobe, letting you mix and match clothing items to create outfits. The feature draws direct inspiration from the iconic digital closet in the 1995 film Clueless. Users will be able to filter clothing by category, save outfit ideas to moodboards, and virtually try on looks. The feature rolls out on Android later this summer, followed by iOS, competing with existing wardrobe apps like Acloset and Whering.
