Google Enhances AI Mode Search Capabilities - Google has expanded its AI Mode search tool, allowing users to interactively search PDFs, images, and live videos, providing dynamic explanations and personalized content. The update features include Canvas for project building, real-time video assistance via Project Astra, and Google Lens integration for desktop Chrome. Users can ask complex questions about PDFs and use Canvas to organize projects, with plans to support more file types.
The updates aim to transform search into a more interactive and informative experience. These new features will initially be available in the U.S. through AI Mode Labs experiments.
