Google AI Glitch Claims Its 2024 - Google resolved a bug in its AI Overviews that wrongly marked the current year as 2024. While the company didn't specify reasons for the error, it is developing updates to avoid similar problems. AI Overviews has made other errors, such as suggesting eating rocks and applying glue to pizza.
Despite these issues, Google CEO Sundar Pichai stated that AI Overviews is utilized by 1.5 billion users in over 100 countries, boosting search engine activity, especially in the U.S. and India.
