GitHub Copilot Transforms Images into Usable Code - GitHub revealed updates for Copilot, introducing Vision, a feature that generates code from screenshots to aid in mockup-based design changes without text prompts. Copilot also offers next edit suggestions, predicting code edits based on recent changes. The Copilot Edits feature is now widely available, including an agent mode for automated multi-file edits.
Additionally, GitHub is working on Project Padawan, an AI agent designed to autonomously manage tasks under developer supervision. GitHub is seeking partner collaboration and feedback to advance this project.
