Documents show Ikner asked ChatGPT about shooting locations and public reactions to campus violence, with the chatbot providing engaged responses. Families of victims plan lawsuits, with one attorney claiming ChatGPT advised the shooter on making his gun operational. OpenAI stated it builds ChatGPT to respond safely and continues improving its technology.
